Scope of this policy

This Privacy Policy applies to the Pure Knowledge Guide mobile application and related services operated by ZHOVTNIVKA TOV (the “Service Provider”).

Information collection

Pure Knowledge Guide does not collect, log, or store personal information when you download and use the application. Registration and a user account are not required.

If the application is used with an active internet connection, technical protocol data such as an ephemeral IP address may be transmitted as necessary to establish network connectivity. The Service Provider does not retain this information or use it for tracking.

Location data

The application does not collect precise real-time location information from your mobile device.

Third-party access and sharing

Because the application does not collect personal information through normal use, the Service Provider does not share such application data with third parties.

Data Retention

The Service Provider does not retain personal information generated through normal use of Pure Knowledge Guide because the application does not collect, log, or store such information on the Service Provider’s systems.

If you voluntarily contact ZHOVTNIVKA by email or otherwise provide information directly, that correspondence may be kept only as reasonably necessary to respond to your request, meet applicable legal obligations, or resolve a related issue.

Data Deletion

Because Pure Knowledge Guide does not collect or store personal information on ZHOVTNIVKA servers through normal use, there is normally no account or server-side application profile to delete.

Uninstalling the application removes the application from your device. Where the application stores reading preferences, progress, saved material, or offline content locally on your device, you can remove locally stored application data using your device’s application/storage settings or by uninstalling the application, subject to your device platform’s behavior.

If you have voluntarily sent personal information directly to ZHOVTNIVKA, you may request deletion of that information by contacting support@zhovtnivka.ink. Requests will be handled subject to any information the Service Provider must retain under applicable law.

Children

The application is not intended for children under 13 years of age, or a higher minimum age where required by applicable law. The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit personal data from children or market the application to them.

Security

Because the application does not collect personal data through normal use, exposure of application-user personal data on the Service Provider’s systems is minimized. No security system is completely secure, and reasonable safeguards are used for systems and any information voluntarily provided to the Service Provider.

Data breach notification

If a security incident involves personal information that you voluntarily provided directly to the Service Provider, ZHOVTNIVKA will provide notifications where required by applicable law.

Changes to this policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by publishing an updated version with a revised effective date. Previous versions may be requested from the Service Provider.
